7 on 7 football is a chance to sharpen football skills during the offseason. This league is no tackle, one hand touch football that focuses on throwing, catching, route running, covering skills & pass defensive skills.

-Each division will play 8 games plus playoffs.
-All games are played indoors at Westmont Yard.
-Games are 50 minutes in length
(2 x 25 minute halves).
-There are no games on Memorial Day Weekend.
-All games officiated by IHSA certified referees.
-Teams are allowed a roster of 24 players and 4 coaches maximum.
-All 10U-12U games will be played on Wednesday or Thursday evenings between 5pm & 9pm.
-14U games will be played on Mondays or Tuesdays between 5pm & 9pm.

Leagues start in April and run through the beginning of June. There will be no punishment if your child misses a practice or game due to commitment to another spring sport.
